Noddy App User Agreement

Issued by: Jiangxi Xin Sheng Wan Wu Technology Development Co., Ltd.

This Agreement is between the Platform and Users regarding the use of Noddy App services.

1. Agreement Confirmation & Acceptance

By registering, logging in, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The Platform may update this Agreement, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Content

The App provides pet management, AI hardware control, task check-in, points, community, and service recommendation functions. Authorized permissions include location, Bluetooth, microphone, and network.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Register with a valid phone number or Tianyi Account;
• Users are responsible for account security;
• Account transfer, sale, or illegal use is prohibited.

4. User Rights & Obligations

Users have the right to access, correct, delete personal information, and cancel accounts. Users must comply with laws and platform rules.

5. AI Hardware Service

AI functions are for reference only and do not replace professional veterinary diagnosis. The Platform is not liable for improper operation damage.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights belong to the Platform. No unauthorized commercial use is allowed.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or user's improper operations.

8. Termination

The Platform may restrict or cancel accounts for violations. Users may cancel accounts at any time.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
